Landry Shamet

SG, Los Angeles Clippers

The Clippers have sent Landry Shamet to the Nets for Luke Kennard while the Pistons get the Nets' 19th pick in the 2020 NBA Draft in a 3-team deal.

Shamet is on a dirt cheap contract for two more years, one being a team-option so this fits the Nets' timeline with their superstars. Clippers will receive Luke Kennard, who has had some injury troubles recently, but can put the ball on the floor better than Shamet and still has a solid outside shot. The Pistons will get the No. 19 pick in the draft. Rodney McGruder will also leave the Clippers and join the Pistons in this deal.
