Trae YoungPG, Atlanta HawksAccording to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Hawks hired former NBA player and Spurs G-League GM Landry Fields as their assistant GM on Wednesday.
Fields played for the Knicks and Raptors across five seasons in the association from 2010-2015 and has proven enough in the G-League to get a promotion to the big league. He joins a staff comprised of Travis Schlenk (GM/President of Basketball Ops), Rod Higgins (VP of Basketball Ops) and Dominique Wilkins (VP of Basketball Ops).
