Skal LabissierePF, Atlanta HawksLloyd Pierce complimented Skal Labissiere after his work at Hawks camp on Wednesday, adding that he's been "healthy for a long time."
That's notable because Labissiere never played for the Hawks after being traded from Portland, sustaining a left knee articular cartilage lesion on December 28 and missing the rest of the season. The restricted free agent will be looking to prove that he's healthy and a strong bubble camp with his teammates is a great start. Skal had a modest bounce-back season last year while helping the Blazers get through some injuries up front, and he's a worthwhile roll of the dice for a Hawks team that's still sifting through young players.
