Gordon HaywardSF, Boston CelticsWhile Gordon Hayward initially planned on leaving the bubble when his wife gives birth some time in September, he's changed his mind and will not leave the Celtics for the rest of the postseason.
Hayward just returned from a four-week ankle injury and he says he was able to get enough family time in during that stint to change up the plans. It's big news for the Celtics, who benefited from Hayward's playmaking in a big way in Game 3 on Saturday night. Barring injury, we should see Boston at full strength as they try to earn an NBA Finals berth. The Celtics got some great run out of their small-ball lineup last night, of which Hayward was a key member, so look out for more of that as he gets back to full strength.
