Gordon Hayward

Gordon Hayward (right ankle sprain) has been upgraded to doubtful ahead of Thursday's Game 2 vs. the Heat.

Hayward has been out since August 17 with this ankle injury and the timetable we received lines up with a return at some point soon. Although he is still being listed as doubtful, it is always a positive sign when a player receives an upgrade to their injury status. Continue to monitor the news as we should learn more ahead of tip-off tomorrow. When Hayward does return, it will likely mean fewer minutes for Brad Wanamaker off the bench.
