Domantas SabonisC, Indiana PacersNate McMillan confirmed to reporters that Domantas Sabonis (plantar fasciitis) is scheduled to return to the Orlando bubble on Saturday.
Sabonis left the bubble in late July to seek the opinion of a specialist for his ailing left foot. There haven't been many updates about his condition since but this is huge news for the Pacers, assuming they can extend their current series long enough that Sabonis will be able to clear quarantine and suit up. Game 3 goes later today while Game 4 is set for Monday, which might give Sabonis a chance to play in Wednesday's Game 5 should he be facing the minimum quarantine. We'll keep you in the loop.
