Timothe Luwawu-CabarrotSG, Brooklyn NetsTimothé Luwawu-Cabarrot replaced Rodions Kurucs in the starting lineup in Game 2 after an impressive performance in the series opener and had another solid game on Wednesday, finishing with 17 points (6-of-16) with two rebounds, one steal, three treys and two turnovers in 36 minutes.
TLC didn't shoot the ball as well as he did in Game 1 but far outperformed Kurucs for the second straight game. The Nets had an eight-man rotation in Game 2 with Tyler Johnson and Chris Chiozza being the other two players who came in off the bench. Chiozza had four assists in 12 minutes while Johnson pitched in with 12 points, three rebounds, two assists, one block, two 3-pointers and one turnover in 23 minutes. TLC has cemented himself as one of the key rotation players for the remainder of the postseason while Johnson is in the sixth-man role. Kurucs has been very disappointing and has clearly lost his job to TLC.
