PJ DozierPG, Denver NuggetsP.J. Dozier was outstanding in Friday's loss to the Raptors, logging a team-high 31 minutes and posting 20 points, five rebounds, eight assists, two steals and five 3-pointers.
Dozier was also highly efficient, going 6-of-9 from the field and committing just one turnover. He was able to impress in his time on the court in the bubble, though Dozier lost some of his playing time once Jamal Murray was able to return from his hamstring injury. He'll be a great insurance policy for the Nuggets, who have Monte Morris (30 minutes, 16-6-4 with two threes and a block in a strong performance) slotted in as Murray's primary backup. Denver sat their starters for the second half of today's game so there aren't any conclusions we can draw that will hold meaning for the immediate future.
