Paul GeorgeSF, Los Angeles ClippersPaul George scored an efficient 30 points in Thursday's loss to the Lakers, going 11-for-17 from the field with five rebounds, three assists, three steals and six 3-pointers.
George looked phenomenal after the lengthy layoff and kept the Clippers in the game down the stretch, hitting some tough shots and off-balance threes to erase a double-digit deficit. While this loss hurts the Clippers' chances at earning the top seed in the West, it should give them a greater sense of urgency to maintain their current standing over the next seven contests. That's good new for anyone invested in George for fantasy.
