Doc Rivers said that Patrick Beverley, who had been away from the Clippers for personal reasons, is a "maybe" for Thursday's game against the Lakers.

The Clippers are expecting Landry Shamet to be ready, which should take some of the pressure off of Reggie Jackson and Lou Williams. Beverley can chip in with long-range shooting and defensive stats, but even when healthy his fantasy impact has been blunted by the depth of the roster.
