JaVale McGee

JaVale McGee recorded three blocked shots during Monday's 123-116 scrimmage victory, adding just five points to go with two rebounds and two assists.

McGee was given the starting nod once again for the Lakers, blocking three shots in only 14 minutes of playing time. Even without Anthony Davis and Dwight Howard, McGee still struggled to have an impact, especially on the offensive end. His shot-blocking ability is unquestioned which does give him a certain amount of upside. However, given his role on the team, he is unlikely to have any significant value outside of those games in which Davis is resting.
