Norman PowellSF, Toronto RaptorsNorman Powell had a true breakout campaign in 2019-20, finishing with top-60/50 value in 8/9-cat leagues behind averages of 16.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.3 steals, 0.4 blocks and 2.1 triples per game on .502 shooting.
All of those numbers are career-highs. With Toronto losing its two starting wings last summer, the door was open for Powell to carve out a more consistent role. Once other Raptors started going down with injuries, Powell asserted himself as one of the team's top scoring options. Nick Nurse and co. drew up some new looks for Powell and made an effort to get him the ball in transition and it did wonders for his game. After some teases earlier in his career, Norm is a certified fantasy player now. He may take a hit with the Raptors fully healthy, but he's too important to what they do to see a huge drop in production.
