Darius GarlandTeam, Cleveland CavaliersChris Fedor of Cleveland.com is reporting that the Cavs have agreed to a multi-year contract with head coach J.B. Bickerstaff.
Bickerstaff took over right before play resumed out of the All-Star break and now is going to be sticking around for a while. It's an interesting move by the Cavs to not test the coaching market in the offseason first, especially since Kenny Atkinson is now available, but the Cavs must like what Bickerstaff brings to the table. Bickerstaff has previous head-coaching experience, most recently with the Grizzlies for the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons.
