Tristan ThompsonC, Cleveland CavaliersTristan Thompson (left knee contusion) was able to get through Friday's practice session.
His status for Saturday remains up in the air but this is still a positive step forward. He's missed the last three games with the issue but Thompson would be in line for big nights if he can somehow get back on the floor before Andre Drummond, who also returned to practice today. There's a logjam up front in Cleveland, but all four of TT, Drummond, Kevin Love and Larry Nance Jr. have been able to maintain standard-league value to this point, so wait and see how things settle when everyone is fully healthy.
