Collin Sexton's season-high 41 points came up just short for the Cavs in Wednesday's 112-106 loss to the Celtics.

Sexton was 17-for-30 from the field and tagged on three rebounds, six assists and a steal in the contest. He has started to add more dimension to his game recently and has been rewarded with a spot in the top-65 players over the last two months. He is more than just a plus in the scoring column now.
