Deandre Ayton (left ankle soreness) will not play in Friday's Rising Stars challenge.

Ayton has missed the last two games and there's no reason for him to push it for an event that is fun but ultimately meaningless. Hopefully the lengthy break means he'll be ready to go when the Suns resume their schedule.
