Derrick WhitePG, San Antonio SpursDerrick White was a whirlwind on defense notching three steals and four blocks on Friday, adding 13 points on 2-of-5 shooting from the field and 9-of-11 from the line with six rebounds and four assists.
Wow. White is officially back in the standard-league conversation, especially since he just recorded a season-high 25 points on Monday. He grossly outplayed starter Dejounte Murray, who quietly put up six points, five rebounds, two assists and four turnovers in 20 minutes. For now, Murray is the guard to own and hold, but we wouldn't mind a White pickup in the light of his recent string of good games.
