Key Storylines

Cam Squared – Cam Thomas has been on fire in his past two games, averaging 30 points, following his return from an ankle/foot injury that kept him sidelined for six games. He has emerged as the Nets’ primary scorer and is proving just that as he maintains his starting role alongside Dennis Schroder. Fantasy managers should consider adding him if they need a boost in points and triples. Cam Johnson (ankle), who has provided managers with third-round value in his previous four games, is available for tonight’s contest after a three-game absence. Expect a strong performance from both players as the Cams aim to defeat the Magic.

Orlando’s Guards have Returned – Both Jalen Suggs and Markelle Fultz are available after each missed their last three and two games, respectively. With their return, it’s likely that Caleb Houstan and Anthony Black will be relegated to the bench and possibly even out of the rotation. This matchup against the Nets should favor both Suggs and Fultz, considering the Nets’ tendency to struggle in defending the guard positions. However, Cole Anthony’s production might see a slight dip as a result.
