Key Storylines

RJ Barrett is out: The 2024 closing game for the Raptors will be without one of their main stars, with the six-season forward missing the game due to an illness. As well, Immanuel Quickley (elbow) continuing to be out, while Gradey Dick (hamstring) and Davion Mitchell (illness) are questionable.

However, Jakob Poeltl and Bruce Brown have returned to Toronto’s rotation after lengthy absences but will require some time to get the rust off, especially Brown who’s coming off an important knee surgery. Jamal Shead is also back after missing a few games with a knee issue and should be a good streaming option if Davion Mitchell and Gradey Dick miss the game.

Porzingis and Holiday in jeopardy: Missing the last three and four games respectively, Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) and Jrue Holiday (shoulder) are listed as questionable to close out the 2024 campaign for the Celtics. If their absences are confirmed, expect Al Horford and Payton Pritchard production to be boosted for the match.

Luke Kornet and Sam Hauser also turn into decent streaming options if you’re in need of numbers from Boston’s bench.

Stream of the Game

For this game, the Raptors definitely have some nice options with Ochai Agbaji and Bruce Brown filling for RJ Barrett in the rotation. For the Celtics, Al Horford is the more solid option of all.
