Key Storylines

– Dame Time: Despite ranking inside the top 15 in 9-cat formats on the season, Lillard’s numbers are down across the board compared to last season. His usage rate has decreased from 33% to 28% this year playing alongside Giannis Antetokounmpo, but his shooting splits are also down. There was hope that Lillard would be able to improve efficiency-wise on his new team heading into the season, but this has not been the case so far. Should Lillard be able to get on a hot streak for the second half of the season, we could see him finish inside the top 10 when it’s all said and done despite the early season struggles.

– Returning Soon: Cade Cunningham is listed as doubtful for Monday’s game and seems to be itching closer to a return. It will be intriguing to monitor how his return impacts both Jaden Ivey and Alec Burks from a fantasy perspective. Ivey has been great as the lead guard while Cunningham has been out and should be held in all formats until we see a number of games of him playing alongside Cunningham again to better analyze the situation.
