• Welcome to Sunday Night Pickups: Fantasy Basketball Adds for 01/26! Man, what a boring day for basketball. We only had one game today, though it was two young, exciting teams watch, including the best team in the NBA and a team working on it’s identity. Not much to sort through, let’s take a look at the name or two that needs to be picked up today.

    (<50% rostered on Yahoo)

Toumani Camara, SF/PF, POR (32% rostered, Yahoo)

Tonight: 35 minutes, 24 points (8-11 FG, 5-5 3PT, 3-4 FT), nine rebounds, four assists

Analysis: After today’s output, Camara has now scored in double-figures in three straight games and four of his last five appearances. He also has five or more rebounds in all five of those games, while chipping in 11 stocks and great shooting. Camara had some decent value to end the season last year, when the Blazers welcomed the tank and placed him in the starting lineup, so we know the talent and production is there. If the rotation stays the way it is tonight, Camara will have plenty of chances to be a #2 or #3 scoring option for the starters. He’s worth grabbing right now and holding while he is scoring like he is and to see how the new playing time in Portland plays out.
