Welcome to another night of Monday Night Pickups. The MLK Day slate was a great one, and there were a few names that stuck out above the rest for this week’s article. We present to you a list of players that could help you in both the short term and the long term. Grab these players while you still can.

Standard Leagues

Mike Conley, G, MIN  

Tonight’s Game: 25 Minutes, five points (1-of-6 FG, 2-of-2 FT), four rebounds, eight assists, one steal and one triple   

With the unfortunate news of Donte DiVincenzo (toe) suffering a Grade 3 toe strain, Conley has become a play, again. His ceiling is low, but if he can sustain the 25+ MPG role, Conley can definitely be serviceable in the AST, STL and 3PT categories. This is a pickup more suitable for category leagues, so if you are in need of assists, Conley is your man.

Tari Eason, F, HOU 

Tonight’s Game: 27 minutes, eight points (2-of-7 FG, 3-of-4 FT), four rebounds, one assist, five steals and one triple  

Eason is back and is still ramping up back to speed. He has a real knack for rebounding and swiping the ball. Once the shooting comes back around, Eason could easily put up top-75 value in 25 MPG. He should be rostered in all formats, so hurry up and snag him if he is still on your waiver wire.
