• With the fantasy basketball finish line in sight, the late-season chaos keeps coming, and itโ€™s creating exactly the kind of edges sharp managers need to exploit. The Jazz are reportedly expected to sign Bez Mbeng for the remainder of the season after two 10-day contracts, while Orlando finally got Franz Wagner back on Wednesday after managing his left high ankle sprain, and he wasted no time chipping in 12 points in his return. Out West, the Warriors also issued an official update on Stephen Curry, noting heโ€™s likely to participate in another scrimmage later this week before being re-evaluated over the weekend, with Sunday shaping up as a realistic target for his return.

Thatโ€™s the texture of late-season fantasy basketball: one surprise rest day, one returning star, one deep-league name suddenly landing real minutes, and the board can shift in a hurry. These are the kinds of small developments that decide playoff matchups, especially for managers willing to move before the rest of the league catches up. On todayโ€™s edition of the Cheat Sheet, weโ€™re diving into the top streamers for tonight, the biggest storylines to watch, and the potential adds who could make a difference as the season winds down.

    Top Pickups

This is the “general must-add” section regardless of the slate. If these players are being overlooked and remain chilling on the waiver wire, consider adding them to your squad.

    Ousmane Dieng (16%)

We identified the opportunity, stashed him, and now Ousmane Dieng has flashed exactly why it was worth it. Itโ€™s still hard to pin down what the Bucks will look like on any given night this time of year, but the role is clearly there, and thatโ€™s what matters most in late-season fantasy.

In his last outing, Dieng logged a massive 44:41, and no, it wasnโ€™t an overtime game, finishing with 36 points, 7 rebounds, 10 assists, 1 steal, and 1 three-pointer. The numbers obviously wonโ€™t always be this loud, but the bigger takeaway is that heโ€™s getting enough run to matter, and when the minutes are that secure, the path to fantasy value is pretty straightforward. At this point, he should be on rosters.

    De’Anthony Melton (15%)
