This is the “general must-add” section regardless of the slate. If these players are being overlooked and remain chilling on the waiver wire, consider adding them to your squad.

Anthony Black

Black played 36 minutes, shooting 5-of-15 from the field and 1-of-3 from the line for 12 points, adding eight rebounds, four assists, a steal and two blocks. I am not sure the offense will allow Black to have enough consistency for true 12-team value. However, Jalen Suggs (hip) had to leave the arena in a wheelchair after exiting early. Black was already starting, but if Suggs also misses time, Black might be elevated further in terms of usage and role stuff. Maybe that could make him must-roster. The peripheral stats even when the offense fails you might also honestly be enough.
