The dust is settling from the 2026 Trade Deadline, which means it is time to start reviewing some dynasty winners and losers (and Nothing-Has-Changed-ers?) from the fallout! It ended up being an extremely active deadline period, with plenty of tanking teams buying and contenders dipping and swerving their way out of tight luxury tax and apron situations.

In reviewing some of my key player takeaways, you’ll notice that I’ll discuss some players that weren’t actually traded themselves. A sneaky part of any trade is not just considering the players involved but the players who weren’t involved. A team signals their intention and direction with a trade, and it’s up to us to interpret what those moves mean.

One more thing before diving in! Just because I label a player a “winner” doesn’t mean they will massively rise up in my dynasty rankings. It means that their pathway to fantasy success in the years ahead is more positive than before. Vice versa on “losers” – it could simply mean that it may take a little longer for a player to reach their dynasty peak and/or their dynasty peak may be in the past.

One more one more thing! I addressed the names that I think have the most discussion surrounding them from the trade deadline.
