Christian Wood (right foot sprain) will play on Sunday against the Kings.

This is a major relief for fantasy GMs, as Wood has been dynamite and any sort of foot sprain immediately becomes a red flag. Hopefully this is just the Pistons being extremely thorough with their injury reporting.
