• Robert Covington
    SF, Houston Rockets

The Bucks are pursuing both Robert Covington and PJ Tucker in trade discussions, per Kevin O'Connor of The Ringer.

This news comes down after Russell Westbrook's trade request has cast a new light on the Rockets, who may be ready to retool and find themselves without a pick in the draft. Milwaukee owns No. 24 and could work out some kind of package deal to help Houston get younger while also remaking their roster in a more traditional mold. The Bucks are said to be looking for more shooting to complement Giannis Antetokounmpo, and both Covington and Tucker are also elite defenders when they're at their best. Despite Milwaukee's recent playoff failings, adding either of those two to the team would be a nightmare for the rest of the league.
