    PG, Toronto Raptors

The Raptors will open the OVO Center, their training facility, starting on Monday.

This is a positive step but there's still a long way to go, as only one player and one coach will be allowed in the building at a time. The Raptors will let the players participate on a voluntary basis, as will all the teams that have announced the opening of their facilities, but on a conference call GM Bobby Webster said that the players still in Toronto are eager to get going again. About half of the Raptors are still in Toronto while there are questions about how the rest of the roster will get back into Canada — Webster said that the Raptors are working with public health officials and that players will be forced to follow the country's quarantine guidelines, while they won't seek out any special exceptions when it comes to immigration standards.
