Markieff MorrisPF, Los Angeles LakersBoth the Lakers and Clippers are trying to sign Markieff Morris, per Marc Stein of the New York Times.
The Battle of LA wages on. Morris won't play a large role wherever he lands if these are the two choices, as both teams have done a very nice job adding to their frontcourt depth by poaching some ex-Raptors. Still, he's a capable stretch four that can start if need be, so it's no surprise that title contenders are targeting him as they put finishing touches on their rosters.
