Joel Embiid carried the Sixers on Friday, finishing the victory over the Wizards with 23 points (7-of-18 FG, 0-of-2 3PT), 13 boards and an assist in 37 minutes.

Embiid's volume was up in the absence of Ben Simmons (left knee), but he still scored the fewest amount of points in a game since arriving in Orlando. With Simmons out, Embiid will be the primary source of offense for the Sixers as they continue to battle through the rest of their seeding games.
