After a sensational first round against the Nets, Fred VanVleet struggled mightily on Sunday, shooting 3-of-16 from the field en route to 11 points, four rebounds, eight assists and six steals.

VanVleet went just 2-of-11 from deep after he tore Brooklyn apart, with a lack of 3-point shooting ultimately doing the Raptors in today. They were just 10-of-40 as a team and had a hard time getting to the rim with no threat to score from outside. There were lots of open shots that just didn't go in during the first half, and the Raptors will simply have to hope that the issue corrects itself in short order. FVV should be better going forward and still managed to post a solid fantasy line if you can ignore the ugly percentages.
