My team is currently pretty balanced, quite weak in boards and 3s.
Got offered AD for my Beal and Jrue. Should I take this? Would pick up either GHarris, Fournier or Smart. And would punt 3s and assists.
My team currently is
Beal, Jrue, Ayton, MitchRob, Bledsoe, JJJ, Isaac, SGA, BLopez, Ingles, Delon and ZCollins.

AD + Gary Harris is a good deal for your Beal + Jrue.
I'd take it.
I have an auction league ‘value’ take on the proposal. For a 12-team league, I would assume that AD’s value would be around $65-$70 (consensus top-5 pick). Garry Harris and others mentioned may be in the $1-$5 range. This year it seems that most are happy to consider Beal and Jrue somewhere in the pick 10-20 range, with both players potentially able to perform at around first-round value (if everything falls into place). Within the 10-20 auction range, the value should be $30-40 for each player.
Overall, the trade proposal seems fair from a value perspective. Personally, I would prefer to retain two great players rather than take a risk with one absolutely elite player. In this scenario, there are risks for each player so you can certainly mount a case either way. I’m not sure I fully trust Beal or Jrue with neither of their teams in genuine playoff contention (my opinion), but then again AD is hardly trustworthy either - he’s in a great spot this year though!
If punting is a viable/preferred strategy then maybe AD has a higher overall value to your team, which in your case could give AD the edge.
