There are improvements all around, as Wendell Carter Jr is playing better basketball, Otto Porter Jr is proving to be a valuable asset off the bench, and the defense was just simply better all around. However, there is cause for concern surrounding Lauri Markkanen & his calf injury.
The Pelicans got belted by the Suns in a 111-86 defeat. The bench looked woeful and the starters weren’t much better. Lyle vents about the game and identifies some areas for improvement.
The Kings put together a tremendous performance against the Denver Nuggets to improve to 3-1. “The buy-in”… De’Aaron leads the way. Tyrese Haliburton has had a tremendous start to his career. Harrison Barnes has been quietly very good this season.
