    Overview:

We have a nice division battle theme going so far on TNF and while SEA vs. ARI might not seem like a barnburner on paper, it’s two teams who still remain mysterious through three games.  SEA wants to run the ball, but only has 21st best rushing offense and if wasn’t for Jaxon Smith-Njigba, they might not have a passing offense either.  Zach Charbonnet looks good to return after missing one game, but the poor o-line means this rushing attack will alternate between explosive runs and runs stuff behind the line of scrimmage.  ARI is a top-five defense against the rush so far, so it might be tough sledding for Ken Walker and Charbonnet.  The way to attack ARI is through the air, where they are banged up in the secondary and the 30th ranked passing defense.  SEA is also elite vs. the run so far and gets back some firepower in the secondary.  This game screams ugly as both teams could be facing third and long all night.  Trey Benson is replacing James Connor and he has plenty of hype, but he’s not a must-start here as SEA is looking like an elite defense that is still finding its groove.  This game has a lot of fantasy talent right on the edge, but outside of JSN and Trey McBride, it could get ugly in a low-scoring game.

    Quarterbacks:

Sam Darnold is for real and he’s got two TDs in b2b games and this might be one of his best matchups of the season.  I’m always a little worried backing a mid-level QB on the road, but his game so far was @PIT, so he should be fine in this one.  You aren’t starting him 1QB leagues unless you lost Joe Burrow/Jayden Daniels, but with one top-10 finish and this pass-funnel ARI defense, I don’t hate it if you are choosing between two QBs.  Kyler Murray  is much more of a mystery and might be the most frustrating QB in fantasy.  His best finish this season is the QB16 and I don’t see him beating that this week.  The only bright side is that he’s taking off consistently and has at least 30 yards in each game.  He just loves checking down and is under six yards-per-attempts in two of the three games and this is not the team to start airing it out.  Murray never does what you want, but will come through when you need.  He’s always got a high ceiling because you never know when he will put it together, but the biggest flaw is his inability to get Marvin Harrison Jr. and Trey McBride off to hot starts.  I might start Darnold over Murray in this game despite Murray having the rushing upside.

    Running Backs:

The return of Charbonnet throws a wrench in the Walker plans as Charbonnet out-carried him in the first two weeks and while Walker scored twice last week, he wasn’t efficient and is under 2.5 YPC in two of the three games.  He’s also posted b2b top-10 weeks, so you clearly have to start him, but hold your nose while you do it.  The biggest issue with Walker so far is his lack of involvement in the passing game.  He only has two grabs total in the last two games after having 53 in only 11 games last season.  If there was ever a game to get him more passing down work, it’s this one, but I worry if he doesn’t score, he’s going to have a bad fantasy night.  Charbonnet is an elite stash, maybe the top of the food chain, but how healthy is he and he looked so terrible in Week 2, you have to proceed with caution.  Keep him on the bench in a terrible matchup.  Everyone wants to talk about Trey Benson and with good reason and while the work will be there as before Conner went down, Benson had a career-high 61% snap share in Week 3, handling 13 touches on 14 opportunities.  ARI wants to run the ball with either Benson or Murray, that much is clear and Benson has looked great in the passing game with 10 receptions in the last two games.  I love Benson and have him in multiple leagues, but I’m not auto-starting him on my deeper RB teams.  I don’t trust ARI and respect the SEA defense.  Benson should easily 10+ points, but don’t bench one of your starters just because the shiny new toy is getting deployed.
