We’re back for the last Tuesday of the NBA regular season, and a very interesting one with a monster 12-game slate following an NBA off-day with nothing scheduled on Monday except the NCAA Men’s National Championship game.

This week is going to be even more hectic on the DFS front than the last couple, with seemingly anyone possibly getting rested. Outside of the 10 seed out West, every other playoff team is locked in, but the seeds are up for grabs. With only three or four games left for every team, now is the time to get the seed they want or get some key players an extra rest day. Value is bound to open up as we go along and names go from questionable to out, or just out from available.

Keep an eye on everything you possibly can when you play this week.

Player Tiers

Expensive Tier

Nikola Jokic ($12,500) – During silly season, there should be enough money lying around to get studs in your lineup and not sacrifice much, and even if you had to sacrifice Jokic has been worth it. With five straight games of 70-plus fantasy points and seemingly unstoppable it’s hard not to want to play Jokic in a matchup he’s averaging 69.7 points in three meeting to begin with. The guy has just been otherworldly.

Joel Embiid ($11,800) – Embiid dominated for 83 DK points in the last game, and gets another favorable frontcourt matchup to continue his push toward an MVP and a top-2 seed. He should be in line for another 70 here and get to the line at will against a frontcourt that has a penchant for racking them up. Both these stud Centers are worth every penny.

Mid-Tier

Bam Adebayo ($6,000) – Bam has had success in this uber-friendly matchup, averaging over 50 fantasy points in three meeting with the Hornets. He’s the center I want to target heavily if I’m not getting both of the guys on top. The Hornets’ interior defense is lacking, the Heat have quite a few people on the injury report, and Bam has been rolling lately. He has all the makings to hit that average for a fourth time.

Bruce Brown ($5,300) – With Seth Curry questionable for this one, and coach Steve Nash mentioning that the Nets are contemplating shutting him down ahead of the playoffs, Brown could once again be in line for 30-plus minutes like he was not too long ago when Kyrie Irving was still part-time. During that time, Brown was on a roll and consistently putting up 30 point or better fantasy performances. I expect him to get back here once again in a matchup against the young guns in Houston.

Value

Patrick Williams ($3,800) – The matchup is a tough one against Giannis Antetokounmpo (probable), but Patrick Williams has now played over 30 minutes in both of the last two games. After five games of ramping up, he played 25 in the sixth, and now is ready for a full-on workload. That’s nice to see while his price tag is still below the 4K mark. We can squeeze him in here again and save some cash for the rest of this monster slate.

Tre Jones ($4,200) – Maybe DraftKings thought Murray would be back for this one, because Jones just put up 40 fantasy points and went down in price. Well, as of now Murray is listed as out for this game, and that means Jones is once again in line to draw a start. And yes, he’ll once again crush this price tag with minutes in the mid-thirties.
