On Monday, it was revealed that 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey was traveling to Germany for treatment on his Achilles injury. Were it available, I would like to take all of my injury-riddled drafts for treatment with foreign medicine, and we’ve only gotten through three weeks.

That said, we continue to see copious waiver wire opportunities as a result of depth chart churn. For example, look no further than the incredible Week 3 performance of Jauan Jennings, who was just 2% rostered on Yahoo a week ago. Three touchdowns from Brock Purdy later, and he’s a fantasy superstar. Hope you picked him up last week!

Quick reminder: I’m primarily going to discuss players with below 50% ownership on Yahoo, with possible exceptions if the number is very close.  There will be a section for players closer to 75-80% owned later in the article, which will include names to make sure aren’t owned in your league, but those names likely won’t be available in most cases.
