Ligue 1: Rennes vs. Lyon, 2:30pm EST Both Teams to Score (-175) 1.7 units (DraftKings)

Rennes strengthened their midfield with the signings of Gronbaek, Glen Kamara, and Jordan James, and bolstered their defense with Hateboer and Ostigard. After selling players for a total of 75 million euros, they effectively filled the gaps left by those departures. Lyon also spent approximately 135 million euros on transfers, one of the highest in Europe. We will now see Georgian striker Mikautadze, who impressed at Metz and in the Euros, playing for Lyon. Due to financial constraints, Lyon may have to sell some key players, so their squad isn’t fully settled yet, but I expect them to perform well offensively. Both teams are likely to start the season by scoring goals.
