Key Storylines

Will there be enough usage?: Andrew Nembhard and Bennedict Mathurin are two players that can score in bunches when given the opportunity. However, both players have not been able to carve out a substantial enough role on offense, and are not viewed as one of the main offensive weapons on the team. Both players will only be standard league viable should they get enough opportunities to score the basketball, as they do not contribute much else in other areas.

Where are the Blocks?: Jalen Duren posted a 3.1% block percentage during his rookie campaign in 25 minutes per game. Last season, the percentage dropped to 2.3% in 29 minutes per contest. Duren’s fantasy game could get to another level should he be able to get closer to the blocks’ output he recorded during his rookie campaign. If the blocks are not there, it will severely limit Duren’s upside this season.

Tim Hardaway Jr. is not shy to let it fly whenever he has the chance to and will shoot the basketball. He is a solid streaming option for managers looking for a boost in scoring and 3-pointers.
