Is Damian Lillard a demon again?: After a very inconsistent first season in Milwaukee, Dame Dolla seems to be going back to the player we always knew he was: averaging 28 points, six rebounds, 6.3 assists and three triples in four matches so far, although effectiveness could be a bit better, he’s looked much better than what he showed on the beginning of his first campaign with the Bucks. Unfortunately for them, Doc Rivers is still coaching, which explains their 1-3 start. The 2021 NBA Champions continue being a team with a short main rotation with a long list of guys who have chip-in minutes, which is not ideal for streaming.
Nightmare Grizzlies Rotation: Talking about inconsistent, everything about Memphis has been inconsistent so far in this season, from their record (2-3) to the performance of their players: Ja Morant and Desmond Bane (who left Wednesday’s game with an oblique injury) have been the best although they are still finding their grooves, with nice surprises like Scotty Pippen Jr. or Jay Huff becoming more than just streaming options at the moment. On the other hand, Jaren Jackson Jr. is still coming back from his hamstring injury, while Marcus Smart (who also suffered an ankle injury on Wednesday) and Zach Edey are off to disappointing starts based on the ADP they were drafted.
Stream of the Game
Since Scottie Pippen Jr. and Santi Aldama are no longer in streaming range in most leagues, Jay Huff and Jake LaRavia seem to be your best option taken in consideration the Grizzlies are taking care of JJJ, Edey gets into foul trouble often and Bane might be out for a while. For the Bucks, Gary Trent Jr. and Taurean Prince are seeing starter minute amounts, so at least you have to be confident they’ll get something done in 25 to 30 minutes of play.
