We are getting down to the wire for fantasy and if you are in H2H leagues, you want to either start building your team for the playoffs or continue to fight and stay alive long enough to squeak in — or just win your week.
Standard Leagues
(<50% rostered on Yahoo)
Spencer Dinwiddie, PG, Lakers (47% on Yahoo)
Tonight: 42 minutes, seven points (1-of-8 FG, 4-of-4 FT), one triple, two boards, four dimes and one block
Dinwiddie got the start with the LeBron James out and has played big minutes in two straight games. He is still hard to trust for fantasy, but if James misses another game, he’s an obvious streaming candidate. The Lakers still have three games this week including the second leg of a b2b on Wednesday. The Lakers play the Grizzlies, Pacers and Nets and those are all ideal matchups for Dinwiddie to be aggressive scoring and distributing the ball.
Rui Hachimura, SF, Lakers (40% on Yahoo)
Tonight: 39 minutes, 16 points (7-of-14 FG, 2-of-2 FT), 14 boards and one dime
Hachimura doesn’t offer the most diverse stat lines, but he can score and board with the best of them. It’s hard to predict how many games James will miss, but he’s now scored in double digits in five of the last six games and is established as one of the core parts of this Lakers unit. Don’t expect any defensive stats, dimes or triples though.
Malik Beasley, SG, Bucks (40% on Yahoo)
Tonight: 40 minutes, 21 points (8-of-18 FG), five triples, three boards, one dime, one steal and one block
The double OT really helped Beasley pad his stats, but he’s also hit multiple triples in five straight games. Beasley can heat up in a hurry and should hit between two and five treys on any given night. The Bucks play again on Thursday and Saturday which is ideal for streaming because those days aren’t as busy as Friday and Sunday. Stream Beasley if you need triples and points.
