• We are getting down to the wire for fantasy and if you are in H2H leagues, you want to either start building your team for the playoffs or continue to fight and stay alive long enough to squeak in.

    Standard Leagues

    (<50% rostered on Yahoo)

Georges Niang, PF, Cavs (13% on Yahoo)

Tonight: 35 minutes, 18 points (6-of-15 FG, 3-of-3 FT), three treys, three boards, one assist and steal

The Cavs need firepower and it appears that Niang is the best option they have.  He’s scored in double digits in four straight games as well as adding multiple triples in each.  The lack of boards/dimes and defensive stats isn’t great, but with two games left this week against stiff competition, Niang makes sense if you need points and triples.

GG Jackson, SF, Grizzlies (45% on Yahoo)

Tonight: 35 minutes, 35 points (11-of-19 FG, 6-of-7 FT), seven treys, five boards and three dimes

Jackson is exploding and he will not be on the wire very long after this performance.  He’s got crazy length and can get his shot off whenever he wants and now has scored at least 19 points in six straight games.  The Grizz only have one game left vs. the Spurs and it’s possible that Desmond Bane or Jaren Jackson Jr. rest in that one.  Expect GG to keep firing on all cylinders.  Run, don’t walk to grab him.

TJ McConnell, PG, Pacers (27% on Yahoo)

Tonight: 21 minutes, 13 points (6-of-9 FG), one triple, two boards, six dimes, one steal and one block

McConnell just keeps pumping away solid lines and has multiple steals in three of the last four games and double-digit scoring in four straight.  With two games left this week vs. the Lakers and Warriors, expect McConnell to keep his foot on the gas.  It’s kind of shocking that McConnell is only 27% rostered.  If you need dimes or steals, grab him.
