Welcome to my February 2026 dynasty rankings! WOO!
This is a crucial update for two reasons. One, it reflects moves after the 2026 trade deadline. The trade deadline always brings about change, and knowing how to react to those changes is key. Second, this updates comes ahead of what is going to be a crazy “silly season.” Players’ stats on all teams will start getting a little crazy, to the point that we have to ask ourselves how much we can even trust. Personally, I already discount a good amount of March-April production when making my dynasty evaluations. In a sense, these rankings can be taken as a snapshot for the conclusion of the 2025-26 season.
Once again, tiers are a loose guideline. Players within a tier are somewhat close together in my eyes, with factors such as fantasy team state (contending or rebuilding), stat preference, upside, and aging playing a role in stratifying players. Don’t sweat over the actual ranking too much – the general range in which players fall is much more important than the specific ranking. In this version. I’ve also included rank changes to log trends.
I’ve noted the 17 players that have risen into the Top-350 and fallen from the Top-350 below, with their previous rank in parentheses. Note that for formatting reasons, the new players entering the Top-350 have their ranks as “0” in the full rankings.

Rank Player Rank Change Age Team Notes 1 Victor Wembanyama 0 22.1 San Antonio Wembanyama's offense hasn't come along quite as well as we thought. Perosnally I don't think the gap between him and the tier below is as wide as many think. That said, obviously he is the clear option alone at the top. 2 Nikola Jokic 0 31.0 Denver Age may favor others, but Jokic is a tier above anyone if just valuing today. That matters to me even in a dynasty setting. 3 Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 0 27.6 Oklahoma City Not much has changed for SGA as he continues being the best scoring option in the game. 4 Luka Doncic 0 27.0 LA Lakers Doncic is one of the best options for counting stats in the league. Sure the turnovers and FT% hurt a bit...but do you really care about those stats if you roster Luka??? 5 Cade Cunningham 0 24.4 Detroit Cunningham is basically a mini-Doncic for fantasy. His efficiency would need to level up to move up a tier considering his usage is already sky-high. 6 Cooper Flagg 2 19.2 Dallas Flagg is pouring in points, mainly self-created and without shooting it well from deep. Imagine when that aspect of his game improves. 7 Tyrese Maxey -1 25.3 Philadelphia This is most likely peak Maxey, as the huge minutes (along with some growth) has powerd his rise. That said, he should be able to hold this level even if his minutes dip down to non-absurd levels. 8 Anthony Edwards -1 24.6 Minnesota Edwards has developed into a blisteringly efficient three-level scorer. An assists dip offsets this gain. 9 Jalen Johnson 1 24.2 Atlanta I'll be the buzzkill and state Johnson isn't actually even an average creation option. Nevertheless, the Hawks are treating him as one, and the counting stats don't lie. 10 Scottie Barnes 3 24.6 Toronto Barnes is excelling as a secondary offensive creator and weak-side defensive playmaker. He is a fantatsic 9-cat contributor. 11 Chet Holmgren 0 23.8 Oklahoma City Holmgren is solidifying his offensive game. He may not never have "primary option" ceiling, but the full complement of his fantasy game leaves much to appreciate. 12 Giannis Antetokounmpo 3 31.2 Milwaukee Are the injuries getting concerning? Yes. Is Giannis still performing at prime levels? Yes. 13 Jalen Williams -4 24.9 Oklahoma City Williams clearly doesn't trust his jumper just yet. I'm not concerned long-term although it is something I'm monitoring. The good news is that everything else appears fine. 14 Alperen Sengun -2 23.6 Houston I have growing concerns over Sengun's offensive game. The offensive environment isn't ideal, but the FG% still isn't where you would like it. He's adding a lot elsewhere to help buffer his value. 15 LaMelo Ball -1 24.5 Charlotte The games played are encouraging for Ball, but it has led to some muted effectiveness. While I expect some of the efficiency to bounce up, maybe this is just where Ball settles in. 16 Tyrese Haliburton 1 26.0 Indiana Even with modern advances, I am extremely wary of how players look once they recover from Achilles injuries. You won't get any value next year with Haliburton recovering, but with his excellent floor-mapping you should at least get elite assists back once he returns. The scoring is where I am more skeptical. 17 Jayson Tatum 1 28.0 Boston It looks like Tatum will return at some point this season. Don't panic if he looks rusty when he hits the court. 18 Donovan Mitchell 5 29.5 Cleveland One wonders how long Mitchell can keep this scoring load, but in the meantime he's one of the best scoring guards in the league. Treat him as such as he completes his fantasy prime. 19 Evan Mobley 0 24.7 Cleveland Mobley's percentages will surely come back up, but he hasn't looked fully comfortable on-ball. Mobley is a solid all-around talent but may lack that extra gear. 20 Amen Thompson 0 23.1 Houston Thompson is starting to hit a wall on the offensive end. He probably needs to develop some sort of jumper to unlock his game fully. 21 Franz Wagner 1 24.5 Orlando I'll give Wagner a little more time to get sorted out coming off injury. There is a buy-low window for those who believe in the talent. 22 Jamal Murray 7 29.0 Denver It's fair to say Murray has taken his game to a new level...or at least played at his best the entire season. Hopefully it's something that carries over in the next few seasons. 23 Deni Avdija 7 25.2 Portland Avdija's creation is truly impressive given the players around him. There could be a usage drop in the future, but I would expect some smaller gains elsewhere to cancel that out. 24 Trae Young -8 27.4 Washington Young is now in the "prove you can still do it" zone. A drop in the rankings is justified. ย
