With the NBA back in full swing, it’s time to start looking forward to next week so we can plan out how we are going to win our matchups. Bookmark this article, save the link or whatever else you need to do so you can review it again at the start of Week 2.
Injuries to Watch
De’Aaron Fox (right hamstring), Paul George (left knee), and Bilal Coulibaly (right hand) should all be very close to returning based on original timelines and overall chatter.
Jalen Williams (right wrist), Robert Williams III (left knee), Jeremy Sochan (left wrist), Trendon Watford (hamstring) and Kelly Olynyk (left foot) are also players who might be close. I’m less certain on Sochan and Olynyk from that group.
We should get updates on Darius Garland (left great toe), Jalen Green (left hamstring), Jared McCain (right hand), Nique Clifford (right hamstring), Isaiah Collier (right hamstring) and Georges Niang (left foot) throughout the upcoming week as well, but that doesn’t guarantee an immediate return.
Kevin Porter Jr. (left ankle sprain) was not in a walking boot on Friday, so he might be able to return by next week.
