On today’s edition of the Cheat Sheet, we’re diving into some of the top pickups still available on waiver wires, the best players to stream tonight, and the biggest storylines heading into Tuesday night’s slate. Let’s dive in.

Top Pickups

This is the “general must-add” section regardless of the slate. If these players are being overlooked and remain chilling on the waiver wire, consider adding them to your squad.

Paul George (66%)

If you’re fighting for your fantasy basketball life or in the middle of a playoff battle, you probably can’t afford to make this move. But if you’re enjoying a bye week, or you’re in a roto league, and he’s sitting on the wire, this is the kind of stash that can make sense.

His suspension ends in four games, and there’s every reason to believe he’s stayed in shape during this stretch. More importantly, the 76ers only have two back-to-backs left over the remainder of the season, which should give Paul George a pretty clean runway to play once he returns.

This is absolutely a schedule-dependent add, and it only makes sense if your league setup gives you the luxury to wait. But if it does, there is value to this add.

Before the injury, George was producing at roughly a top-60 per-game level, and it feels pretty reasonable to project a top-100 floor the rest of the way once he’s back on the floor.
