Key Storylines

Normal Cavas – Unless you were deep league streaming Isaac Okoro or Dean Wade, the Cavs will have Donovan Mitchell for sure so Max Strus, Darius Garland and Caris LeVert all need to be faded some for this one. But on a shallow slate of games, they all might be usable today, as long as you don’t care too much about FG%. Since returning from an extended absence, Evan Mobley is giving very nice early-round value, pretty much right where he has been all year, when healthy. The Cavs are fighting wtih the Bucks, Magic, Knicks and Pacers for the second through fourth seeds in the East to give them home court, at least in the first round of the playoffs.

No Lakers in the Play-In- The Lakers have been playing their best basketball all year and now sit two games back of the Phoenix Suns for the sixth seed, which is the target seed to avoid the Play-In Tournament. Gabe Vincent has started to make appearances in ball games for the first time since the beginning of the season and his impact, if any will be felt in real basketball terms mostly. He will cut into the role for Spencer Dinwiddie so that will limit his upside. As per usual, LeBron and AD are questionable but, they’re most likely going to play.
