• Pascal Siakam
    PF, Toronto Raptors

Pascal Siakam didn’t look like his All-Star starter self in Orlando during the seeding games and tailed off in Monday’s win over the Nets after being the best player on the floor in a dominant opening quarter, but the team is totally confident in him.

Siakam said after the game that the bubble setup, the quarantine and everything before that has been tough, adding that he’s finally feeling like himself. Fred VanVleet meanwhile admitted that the team has been hard on Siakam in practice, beating up on him a little bit because they didn’t want to let him score at will, so he might be tired from that as well. The Raptors shot 50 percent on three-pointers and only missed one free throw, while Brooklyn shot just 31 percent from outside, so we should expect a closer game on Wednesday and more opportunities for Siakam to shine.
