Joel Embiid had another big stat line with 30 points, 10 rebounds, three steals, two blocks and a 3-pointer on Sunday, but the Sixers still saw their season come to a close in a 106-110 loss to the Celtics.

Embiid's stats were great (except for 8-of-18 from the field and 13-of-18 from the line) but the tape is going to be very unkind. The big man was lumbering around all series long and never really looked engaged despite being the only player that could hope to lift Philly past a deep Boston team. His effort was fleeting throughout the four games and at no point did it feel like Embiid was on the cusp of taking over any game despite a tasty frontcourt matchup. He finished a team-worst minus-53 in the four-game sweep despite averaging 27.5 points per game.
