With Seth Curry slowly, slowly inching closer to a return, what can I expect Yogi's ROS outlook to look like once he returns?
This is for a deep 16 team keeper league, so I'm not expecting 12 team stats. His numbers haven't jumped out but he's been pretty damn efficient with his FG% and his threes and steals have been helpful. How much does Curry hurt him? Will JJ Barea last long enough to be a legitimate threat to his minutes or will he get injured again like usual?
Basically I have Seth Curry, Richaun Holmes, and Elfrid Payton coming back from injuries soon and I'm trying to figure out who to cut.
Here's my current roster:
Yogi Ferrell Dal - PG,SG
Kyle Anderson SA - SG,SF (hoping to replace him with Dieng, I'll find out in 30 minutes)
Delon Wright Tor - PG,SG
Maurice Harkless Por - SF
OG Anunoby Tor - SF,PF
Evan Turner Por - SG,SF
Rudy Gobert Uta - C
Karl-Anthony Towns Min - C
Josh Richardson Mia - PG,SG,SF
Derrick Favors Uta - PF,C
Tyler Ulis Pho - PG
Khris Middleton Mil - SG,SF
Skal Labissiere Sac - PF,C
De'Aaron Fox Sac - PG
Spencer Dinwiddie Bkn - PG
INJ Alan Williams Pho - PF,C
INJ Seth Curry Dal - PG,SG
INJ Isaiah Thomas Cle - PG
INJ Richaun Holmes Phi - PF,C
INJ Elfrid Payton Orl - PG
I think OG has a lot of potential that might not show this season, I'd love to stash him somehow but nobody's biting on my 2-for-1 trade offers so it's looking unlikely.
My current thoughts of who to drop in order as my players come back are:
1. OG Anunoby
2. Delon Wright
3. Yogi Ferrell
4. Spencer Dinwiddie
Anderson would be #1 on that list if I can't swap him for Dieng from the wire.
Update: Successful waiver claim dropping Kyle Anderson for Gorgui Dieng.
Still not sure who to drop. Why can't I get any successful dang 2-for-1's?!
Wow, huge roster in a 16-team league. Is that 20 players deep?
I'd drop OG and Delon before Yogi, for whatever that's worth.
It's 15 deep but there are five injury spots so I'm currently 20 deep due to that technicality. I appropriately named my team The Morgue.
Also my 2-for-1 trade of Derrick Favors and Evan Turner for Trevor Ariza got accepted, so that clears one spot! Now I get to worry about Ariza's health nonstop.
Haha, he'll be fine.
