Looking to pick up Markeiff off the waiver soon before he gets back, to make sure i dont miss him. The hard decision is who to drop for him.

I think the drop here is Danny Green. You're in a 10-team league and you have to look for higher upside players. Kawhi is coming back eventually and you're ahead of the curve on this add/drop decision.
