Hi there, in a 5-keeper league that is 8 cat, I was able to snag White off waivers. I am now being offered Trevor Ariza and a 9th round pick for my White and a 7th round pick. So I’d be losing about 20 overall picks of value. Should I do this deal since White will probably slow down and Ariza has lots of room with Wall out? Thoughts?
Also I’m not keeping either of these players.
Yeah, that's worth it to me to get Ariza. Twenty picks' worth of difference in the mid to late rounds is not a huge deal anyway, since player value gets pretty tightly bunched by that point. Between a 1st and 3rd round pick there's a huge difference; between a 7th and 9th there really isn't. So go get Ariza.
I think I'd probably make the deal if you think you can win this year.
